Nate's professionalism, product knowledge, follow-up and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. I can't say enough about the service provided by Nate Wolosiewicz and his team, in particular Gabriela Ramirez. Martin was absolutely great, any one that comes in to contact with me knows about how awesome civic is, but most importantly how awesome Martin is. If it wasn't for Martin this process would have been so stressful and daunting.

Martin explained to me how to quickly underwrite my own deals just to make sure I knew it was a good deal in general. Martin did such a great job with making me feel like I was the only client he was helping. I don't care if they have way more of a competitive rate than civic. I will not use any other hardmoney lender going foward. He was always communicating with me, and explaing the differnt steps in the process. I recomend Civic to all my real estate friends, and a huge reason for that is based off the work and effort Martin put into helping me. Martin did the absolute best job at explaining everything from LTV to LTC. Before I found my first deal I called over 10-15 lenders. Their loan products and customer service are top-notch and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Overall, I highly recommend Brando Tessar and CIVIC Financial Services for anyone in need of a loan. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, responsive, and efficient, making the experience even better.
